GoBlogGo Announces The Launch Of Their Redesigned Website
Go Blog, Go! has upgraded their site's design, features, and infrastructure to handle today's growing camera phone marketplace.
Buffalo, NY - July 1, 2008 -- To compete in the marketplace of camera phone oriented websites, GoBlogGo has redesigned it's website to create a more user friendly experience.
"Upgrading the entire web site's framework will help us meet the needs of changing technologies." says website owner Nathan Fanaro.
The site now contains new features such as the ability to rate images, filtering out adult oriented content, and a feature called triggers. Triggers allow you post images to GoBlogGo as well as to your FaceBook, Flickr, or LiveJournal account directly from your phone. You can save time by posting to all three sites by sending one message from your phone. Nathan continues, "This will not only save time but money as well. Some carriers or plans that our users have still charge per message sent. Publishing to more services will be available soon as our site expands."
GoBlogGo has also changed the way they retrieve images to provide a better user experience. Previously images sent from a phone could take up to five minutes to appear once a camera phone has sent a picture. Nathan says about the faster service, "Since changing the 'meat and potatoes' of our website, we can process images as soon as we receive them. Instant gratification is important to our users and we listened to that." Along with faster service the redesign will allow GoBlogGo to handle a wider variety of cell phones and carriers as well as support new technologies as they come out.
